We agree a fixed fee before anyone visits. You approve it.

An engineer from the nearest of our seven offices visits. The contractor is not told in advance.

You appoint and pay Nextura. Our engineers report only to you.

Site details arrive just before each visit
Inspectors receive the address and scope shortly before the visit, so no one can prepare the site or negotiate in advance.

Evidence that cannot be quietly edited
Every photo, video and note is timestamped, located and fingerprinted into a chain. Changing any entry breaks the chain, and your portal shows it.

Audit and repair stay separate
If remedial work is needed you get a costed scope you can tender to any contractor. If POBjedu Group is invited to bid, we say so in writing and a different engineer verifies that work.
